He is a doctor who practices time management. This is both good and bad. Patients can feel rushed. He also helps more patients this way in a busy clinic. He tends to get to the point without small talk He's been good to me in my journey with autoimmune disease. The front desk staff at this clinic are too often rude, and don't listen well. One of them stole a pair of sunglasses from us but they were returned.
