I believe she is a good family practitioner, she has lots of knowledge. It is quick and easy for me to get the help I need, and if the problem persists she refers me to a specialist. She has been supportive in long term issues and doesn't judge personally, jump to conclusions or make assumptions based on how a person looks.

I have been going to Dr Watty for almost 20 years, she is very caring, and thorough, she genuinely cares, she has great connections and gets you into top rated specialists when required. I really miss Ann her front line reception/nurse. We have been through a couple of receptionists since Ann. However the new one has no empathy or compassion. She is actually very rude. I have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer, went to take med forms in and was told they would not be submitted until they were paid for. So pay the $50 or I didn't get paid. I was having a mastectomy in less than 48 hours and would be totally disabled for minimum of 2 weeks, so I had to go and get the $50 to pay for the form. So rather than support from the front line staff, I got pushed over the edge and ended up getting very upset.
