Scheduled the wrong diagnostic test, therefore wasting valuable time. Unnecessary scheduling of appointments to discuss that she is going to schedule another test only to find out that the ordering physician has already scheduled this. I get the feeling that the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing half the time.
