Front desk finishes their conversations on soaps and boyfriends before they serve you a lot of the time. Sometimes can't tell if Abushwereb is ignoring what I say or if his mind is just somewhere else. A lot of the time you can hear him chatting in the hall or the next room with friends and colleagues while you are waiting for 10 mins, already late for your appt. Not afraid to order tests though. Mind not yet made up on this one.
