the staff are good but the doctor has poor communication skills and bed side manner - am looking for a new doctor

When I first met doctor storage I felt he was kind and caring. I still think he is those things but he now hurries you through your appointment. No time to discuss concerns for other medical issues than exactly what you there for. I blame this issue on the synergy wellness clinic it's self as I think they give the doctors a quota and time limit for each patient. I believe if left up to doctor storage he would spend the time with you that is needed. I think he is kind but has fallen into the same trap as so many alberta doctors. It's the numbers that count not the quality of patient care. I will continue to see doctor soyege for my prescription refills but Wil have to be my own advocate with other serious medical concerns. Hope you read this doctor soyege as I know you are a better doctor than this and can force a change.

Loved him in the beginning but sorry to report that he now just deals with immediate issue such as prescription refills and has no time to seek info on other medical issues going on. Feel rushed and dismissed now every time I see him.seeking a new family doctor who will stay on top of all my medical issues.

Great doctor. Takes the time to listen and explain his opinion and course of treatment. Highly recommended.

Dr Oye Soyege put in extra time on [ his time off ] to go over another physician's report on me that was inaccurate . Dr Soyege arranged for me to attent pain clinic, instead of pushing pain medication that have ,I feel serious side effect's on me. Thank-you Dr. Soyege for listening T.T
