I find Dr Payne to be a knowledgable and caring physician. He has been my doctor for the past 4 years and I would be very disappointed to lose him.

Dr Payne has been a wonderful and caring Physician over the last years and I'm crushed that 've lost him. The person who recently write an unfavorable report of Dr Payne could only be an ignorant and difficult individual.
