I always have to wait 1-2 hours to see Dr. Costigan, BUT, i am so fortunate to have him as my Dr. I would wait all day to see him; He has helped me over the last 12 years, and even if I can't see him, He is always available at the hospital or even the parking lot. He IS the reason I am still Here! KOODOS Dr. C

Dr. Costigan is a gifted Physician. Very friendly and a gentle sole perfect for the Mental Health Community! Definately worth seeing if he is taking new patients. May have to wait a short while as he is active with the Regional Hospital!
