Something is taking place with the front staff-get a handle on it. its about patient care above all else.ALL ELSE.it starts from the top down. The cliic as a WHOLE is responsible for this. Pay attention, take your time and be accountable and professional. You are about saving and improving lives, not making them stressful, miserable and worse. Pull it together and become the good clinic with Integrity like the Doctors that started it intended it to be. Am I right? It goes both ways. Either pout up and shut up or tell your Doctor his clinic and his care are lagging. not good for all involved. At all.
