Very knowledgeable and personable. She saved my life and helped me develop a plan of action to limit my medication usage. She sometimes gets behind in her schedule BUT as I was one of the patients that pulled her off her schedule once, I understand and don't mind waiting as she is the best.

Dr.Westra was very punctual, friendly and knowledgable. I had a terrible experience with a physician back in BC regarding my illness. For the first time since I was diagnosed 3 years ago, I feel like there is some hope as far as my prognosis.

Dr Westra treated me with respect and had very good bedside manner explained the procedure and was confident in her job which made me comfortable. Her staff were all as courteous and professional as her.
